Ride Share Program
Camosun College, in collaboration with the Jack Bell Ride Share Program, has a ride share website for students to organize alternative methods of transportation to-and-from both campuses, to locations all over the Capital Region and beyond.
During the 2012 BC Transit job action, many usual bus routes have been disrupted and as a results some buses are overcrowded and students are late for class.
This service is open to all members of Camosun College: Students, Faculty, and Staff. Also, the Jack Bell Ride Share program is a BC-wide program, so you can organize rides outside the scope of Camosun College!
Put your safety first and don’t ride with someone you don’t feel comfortable with. If you have any issues, feel free to approach the Camosun College Student Society, Physical Resources, the Security office, or even Walk Safer! You can also protect other riders by reporting unusual activity to the CCSS or any of the other organizations at Camosun that are here to protect members of the college.
We hope you enjoy this service! It is brought to you in partnership between Camosun College, the Student Society, and Jack Bell Ride Share BC. The Ride Share link is below, ‘Camosun Ride Share Program’, so sign up and ride safe!
